The stars appear, one by one
ancient witnesses, taking their seats
the songs of dithyrambique
silently pulling oceans towards itself
with its silent invisible hands
above the world the moon slowly rises
pale and always magnificent
her shimmering veils alighting softly
on the blushing cheek of the last rose
now quivering in the moment
