A butterfly as blue as your eyes
drifting drowsily
a nightingale sings achingly
and oh so mournfully
both adrift upon the wind
like a boat drifting out to sea
both as alone as me

I feel the sighs and release of emptiness deep inside. The warmth and healing await a time and opportunity to unveil in the presence of lonely days and nights. Lovely, emotive expression here.
