Your soul echoes
beyond the veils of time
laid to rest for eternity
where the grasses
softly whisper
and gentle waters run
alone in the darkness
I imagine you lighter
now your pain is vanquished
yet I still carry
the heavy weight of your loss
and in my sorrowful depths
like the mirror
I am now forever empty
on reflection
