Time (Out Into Eternity)


In the vastness of the heavens

The endless rhythm of nocturnal winds

The ages slowly drifting

With quiescent ease

Stars swim through swirling darkness

Unnumbered fathoms deep

In the aching ocean of time

Taking that journey

Over and over

Out into eternity
