Poetry Clips – I Was Too Empty For Words – Part 2 (Flightless And Falling)

I was too empty for words

Like a leaf fluttering

Flightless and falling

Or the tide descending

Against the pull of the moon

In my sorrow I dreamt

That as the pebbles

Washed out to sea

Return to shore

Effortlessly

You may again

In time

Return to me
