Dreams (And Then She Falls)

Walking alone

In endless fields of night

Weeping

Has left her drowning

In a sea of loneliness

She wills him to her

In dreams

To wash her pain

Gently away

So she steps out

To the edge

Of that lovely abyss

And she trembles

And then she falls

And falls

And falls
